Traditional Ashtanga is a Yoga practice method designed to widen and increase the body’s range of motion, balance and overall strength by exposing it to a variety of unconventional, yet not repetitive, postures and sequences of motion.The advantages of the practice can enhance the athlete’s performance in any type of sport, in collaboration with the individual needs and capabilities of every practitioner.   

In our class, we will emphasis the combination of posture and breathing, to access the deeper part of the practice, and to open the body to new extremes. Come and experience a new type of motion – stand on your head and hands in a variety of ways and discover you can reach new places if you just take a deep breath.
