Our Strength & Conditioning class is fitness for fighters. The class pulls from the CrossFit training offered in our gym, meaning it is based on functional movement. However, it was created especially with fighters in mind to help athletes improve all aspects of fitness, including cardiovascular, strength, power, agility, speed, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. The main goals are to improve strength, muscle endurance and power bursts that are specific to various martial arts.
